Harrison Street Asset Management has handed Transwestern day-to-day control of a 2.1 million-square-foot portfolio stretching from San Diego's Sorrento Mesa to Colorado's Boulder County, placing the newly completed Pacific Center lab campus under a new operator while San Diego life science vacancy hovers near 30 percent.
