Norwalk has cleared a Specific Plan amendment allowing Brandywine Homes to build 120 single-family homes and townhomes and Vaidehi Inc. to develop a 130-room hotel on the 7.7-acre Hotel Saddleback property at 12500 Firestone Boulevard.
