Bridge Logistics Properties paid about $53.7 million for a 21.3-acre cross-dock truck terminal at 12903 Lakeland Road in Santa Fe Springs, fully leased to less-than-truckload carrier XPO, according to the recorded grant deed, a roughly 46 percent markup on the property's 2020 sale that the buyer says still priced the land at about half of what comparable sites fetch today.
