Los Angeles –– CBRE announced that Executive Vice President Tom Sheets and First Vice President Quint Carroll joined CBRE at its El Segundo office. The duo is coming over from Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Sheets and Mr. Carroll focus on office occupier and investor leasing in the Greater South Bay, Lower West Los Angeles and Mid-County markets.
Over the past 22 years, Mr. Sheets has been involved in some of the most significant projects, redevelopments, and leasing transactions in the market and worked with some of the biggest tenants in Los Angeles. He began his commercial real estate career with Trammell Crow Company after graduating from Claremont McKenna College. Following eight years at TCC, Mr. Sheets joined the Los Angeles South office of Cushman & Wakefield with a focus on the representation of office landlords and tenants.
With more than a decade of industry experience, Mr. Carroll specializes in office tenant and landlord representation locally, nationally, and globally. Prior to his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Carroll worked at the Charles Company for four years, where he concentrated primarily on office, medical and retail real estate.
