Cello Jeans, a Los Angeles denim label founded in 2007, has signed a long-term lease for 75,035 square feet of warehouse space in Commerce, drawing its manufacturing, storage and distribution together under one roof as Southern California's industrial landlords compete harder for tenants amid softening rents.
