Los Angeles, CA. January 9, 2024 – Colliers was awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment for Aon Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot office tower at 707 Wilshire Boulevard. Carolwood LP retained Colliers following a successful acquisition of the 62-story skyscraper.

Agency leasing experts Matthew Heyn, Vice Chair, and Ian M. Gilbert, Executive Vice President, will lead the marketing efforts, while Kevin Rude, Regional Managing Director, West Coast, and Tina Minook, Regional Managing Director, California, will oversee the tower’s property management.
