Consulate General of Finland Leases 7,833 SQFT in Los Angeles

Los Angeles – May 2, 2022 – CBRE announced a new lease by the Consulate General of Finland at Landmark II in West Los Angeles.

CBRE’s Mark Landver and Sasha Solonin represented the tenant in the 10-year lease for the 7,833 square-foot space. The consulate is moving from its current space on West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles to this new location.

Landmark II, located at 11766 Wilshire Blvd, is an 18 story Class-A office building located in the heart of the Brentwood/Wilshire corridor. It features a modern glass and stone exterior, waterfall and contemporary art. The property sits near the 405 freeway.

“This is an expansion for the Consulate General of Finland, which will share the office with the Consulates of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland,” said Landver. “This will be the first time that allof the Nordic countries will have one flagship location in the heart of West Los Angeles.”

Added Solonin, “The space will be undergoing a substantial buildout, and the end product will be a beautiful representation of the Nordic countries.”
