Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters Asset Services Team in San Diego with New Hire, Christie Kong, Director 

Kong brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience to position

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – November 18, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield has deepened its Asset Services platform in San Diego, California with the addition of Christie Kong as a Director. She will help support the firm’s growing client roster and managing of office, retail and industrial property in the region.

Kong brings more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience in property, construction, and asset management to her position.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kong served as Asset Manager for Gemini Rosemont’s West Coast office portfolio consisting of approximately 1.5 million square feet in California and Washington. She holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, an RPA/FMA certification from Building Owners and Manages Institute and a California Real Estate Brokers License.
