Tech entrepreneur Daniel Negari's 1922.XYZ LLC has pulled the historic Bank of Italy tower's 241-room Hotel Per La out of lender hands for $34 million, or roughly $141,000 a key, less than a year after a $134 million debt default toppled the property's prior ownership.
