Digital Realty is courting roughly $3 billion in cornerstone capital for a permanent, core-plus vehicle built to own stabilized North American hyperscale data centers, and the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System has signed on for $100 million just six months after the REIT closed its $3.25 billion debut fund.
