ALISO VIEJO, Calif. –– Confirming consumer’s appetite for innovative dining experiences, JLL announced today that Eureka has opened a 4,504 -square-foot restaurant plus upgraded patio at The Commons at Aliso Viejo in Aliso Viejo, California. This is the restaurant’s fourth location in California’s Orange County region and 27th overall in California, Nevada, Washington, Idaho and Texas.
With a commitment to Energy, Discovery, and Community, Eureka! creates a one-of-a-kind dining experience like no other restaurant: great scratch kitchen accompanied by a creative craft beverage program with exceptional hospitality. Featuring an elevated collection of the best local craft beers, small-batch whiskeys, and classic yet modern cocktails and is the perfect destination for the local community to dine, drink, and socialize.
JLL’s Justin McMahon represented both the landlord, Buie Communities and Eureka in the lease.
“Aliso Viejo is a sophisticated and affluent community with little high-quality full-service restaurant and bar concepts to serve demand,” said Justin McMahon, JLL Vice President. “Eureka will be a fantastic addition to this neighborhood, which is underserved in this category. We are excited to continue to work with them as well as their sister concept, La Popular, in identifying strategic locations for its growth in Southern California.”
