San Diego, Calif., February 23, 2022 – Colliers today announced the recent sale of Hilltop Townhomes, a renovated six-building, 24-unit multifamily property located at 3601 Hilltop Drive in the San Diego East County community of Lemon Grove. Executive vice president Peter Scepanovic and senior vice president Corey McHenry of the Colliers San Diego Multi-Family Advisory Group brokered the transaction on behalf of the buyer, Fowler Hospitality, LLC, and seller, Truss 1031, LLC. The team reached a final sale agreement of $9,000,000, or $375,000 per unit.
