Harbor Associates Places 111,483 SQFT Office Building in Santa Ana Listed for Sale for $21.7MM

Harbor Associates is putting more office space on the market. According to marketing information from CBRE, which is listing the asset, a 111,483 square foot Class A office property was recently listed for $21.7 million, or about $195 per square foot. 

Located at 2020 E 1st St in Santa Ana, the property is marketed by CBRE’s Anthony Delorenzo, Sammy Cemo, Bryan Johnson and Nick Williams on behalf of an entity linked to Harbor Associates. According to public records, that entity acquired the property for $13.25 million, or about $118 per square foot, in 2018. 

The five-story property sits on nearly four acres and was initially built in 1985 with renovations as recently as 2020. 

The office building is situated close to Santa Ana’s historic core, which hosts an array of entertainment, retail and dining amenities. It is also closely located to Interstate 5 and State Route 55. The area is also home to a large population with nearly two million people living within a 10-mile radius of the site.

Harbor Associates has listed other office assets in Southern California recently. 
As The Registry previously reported, the firm, along with Amstar, recently put a 36,252 square foot building on the market in Century City.  Pricing guidance for the property is undisclosed, however, the property last traded for $20.175 million, or about $556 per square foot, in 2021.
