An unnamed national institutional investor has purchased San Dimas Commerce Center, a fully parceled 19-building light industrial park in the San Gabriel Valley, in a deal that highlights how scarce small-bay infill product has become in one of Greater Los Angeles' most competitive industrial submarkets.
