Lincoln Property Company and financial partner TPG Angelo Gordon have won unanimous City Council approval to demolish two office buildings at Newport Beach's distinctive brick-clad Redstone Campus and build 132 for-sale homes, the latest office-to-residential conversion reshaping the city's John Wayne Airport district.
