KB Home Buys 53,000 SQFT Escondido Office Building for $10.1MM

National homebuilder KB Home has acquired a 53,001-square-foot office building at 613 W Valley Pkwy in Escondido from Baker Enterprises for $10.09 million, an unusual office play for a residential developer in a submarket where availability tops 19 percent.
