Nitto BioPharma, the San Diego drug-delivery subsidiary of Japanese materials giant Nitto Denko Corp., leased 22,272 square feet at 10220 Sorrento Valley Road, a deal Savills listed among the notable life science leases of the third quarter even as the region's lab vacancy climbed to 28.5 percent.
