Realty Income Corporation bought a Dick's Sporting Goods and Floor & Decor retail building in Chula Vista and a 91,541-square-foot industrial property in National City in the third quarter, both from DWS-affiliated sellers, as the San Diego-based net-lease REIT lifts its 2026 investment target to $10 billion.
