Nuveen Buys Two Industrial Buildings in Rancho Cucamonga Totaling 140,536 SQFT for $35.5MM

November 3, 2021 (RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA) – Lee & Associates, a leader in commercial real estate services throughout North America, announces the sale of two fully-leased industrial buildings totaling 140,563 SF. Located at 11016 & 11031 Jersey Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, the buildings sold for $35.5 million.

The sellers were Ostlund Equities and Barret Woods. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Nuveen Global Investments LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. One of the buildings is occupied by global 500 credit tenant, Schlumberger.
