SANTA ANA, Calif. – Barker Pacific Group (BPG) announced today that Optima Tax Relief (Optima) has signed a 40-month lease of 38,090 square feet at Griffin Towers in Santa Ana, California.

Located at the intersection of the 405 and 55 freeways, Griffin Towers is highly visible within the dynamic South Coast Metro area of Orange County. Orange County’s first Wired Certified Project, the property offers abundant on-site amenities and Class A office space with flexible and efficient floor plans.
