Orange County posted one of the steepest industrial construction cost increases in the Americas this year, while San Diego, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire all priced small warehouse shells above $160 per square foot, according to Cushman & Wakefield's 2026 Industrial Construction Cost Guide.
