Caltech spinout Oratomic, fresh off a $300 million Series A, has taken 81,273 square feet at 443 S Raymond Avenue in Pasadena, landing one of the quarter's largest Los Angeles office relocations in a 1920s laundry plant turned creative office and giving the city's deep-tech ambitions a marquee new occupant.
