Orange County Signs 70,000 SQFT Office Lease in Santa Ana

Santa Ana, CA — Drawbridge Realty, an investor in operationally important facilities nationwide, announced that the County of Orange, California (Orange County) has signed a long-term lease with the County of Orange to occupy approximately 70,000 s.f. at 1700 E. St Andrew Place located one block from the 55 freeway in the City of Santa Ana.

Commenting on the lease, Mike Embree, Managing Director and SVP, Drawbridge Realty, said: “1700 E. St Andrew is a quality building which suits a wide range of office and R&D users. We’re delighted that the County of Orange, a AAA/AA+-rated municipality, sees value in the building. We look forward to welcoming the County this summer following the completion of interior improvements to customize the space for their particular needs.”

The lease was signed in late December 2023 and brings Drawbridge’s total portfolio-wide leasing activity to 569,000 s.f. in 2023.
