R.D. Olson Development and longtime partner Joseph Martelli Real Estate Investments have recapitalized the 15-story Marriott Irvine Spectrum with an $84 million loan, locking in fresh debt on one of Orange County's newest full-service hotels as other Irvine lodging owners struggle to refinance.
