Rexford Industrial Sells 92,000 SQFT CommerceCentre@BuenaPark in Buena Park for $28.1MM

Rexford Industrial Realty has sold CommerceCentre@BuenaPark, a 92,395-square-foot industrial property in North Orange County, to an undisclosed buyer for $28.1 million, about $304 per square foot. It was the county's second-largest industrial sale of the third quarter, and it closed in a submarket where one-fifth of the space is now available.
