San Diego, Calif. – Colliers is pleased to announce the lease transaction of a ±3.9-acre storage yard in the central San Diego submarket of Miramar. Located at 9225-9285 Dowdy Drive, San Diego, CA 92126, the property comprises 169,884 square feet and a ±6,345 square-foot structure on site. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
San Diego industrial experts Executive Vice President Evan McDonald and Senior Executive Vice President Tucker Hohenstein represented the landlord, Lincoln Property Group, in marketing and leasing the property. The new tenant, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, was represented by Matt Weaver and Dan Gaston of Lee & Associates.

The 3.9-acre Dowdy Drive site features a fenced and secured yard, an on-site structure with split warehouse and office space utilization, a trailer yard and outdoor storage, and new fencing and lighting. Situated just one block off Miramar Road, the area sees high-volume traffic with over 52,000 cars per day.
