State Farm has renewed 46,312 square feet at Glendale Plaza, 655 N Central Avenue, giving the 24-story tower a stabilizing commitment in the same quarter DivcoWest sold it to a Sunny Hills Management-linked buyer for roughly $70 million, less than half its 2017 price.
