Florida-based Sterling Organization has bought Pavilions Marketplace, an 89 percent-leased, Albertsons-anchored shopping center at Santa Monica and North Robertson boulevards in West Hollywood, making the Westside grocery center the 11th investment in its fourth value-add fund.
