Global Real Estate Firm Continues National & International Expansion As New Vertical Launches
Global real estate brokerage, The Agency is pleased to announce its newly launched Relocation Department will be headed by leading industry executive, Rachel Guerin. Guerin joins The Agency after holding senior leadership positions at Coldwell Banker, Lyon Real Estate, and most recently, Compass. She brings almost 30 years of real estate industry experience to The Agency at a time of impressive growth for the company. The Agency has recently announced a collection of new corporate and franchise offices nationally and internationally and will reveal more global locales shortly.

Guerin will be an instrumental resource for The Agency’s agents as they further build their referral network. Her focus will be on establishing programs and identifying resources and opportunities for agents to enhance their client experience. She will also create new business development opportunities and establish key partnerships with global corporations in servicing employee mobility needs. Guerin will work closely with The Agency’s expert team of training staff to further establish relocation curriculum and educational program pertaining to the relocation business.

The firm will reveal new international locations and unveil offices on the east coast later this summer.
