The Container Store Opens New Store at 124,700 SQFT Topanga Gateway in Woodland Hills

LOS ANGELES – Confirming continued demand for retail space in the Los Angeles area, JLL announced today that The Container Store has opened a new small format store at Topanga Gateway, a 124,709-square-foot modern lifestyle retail center located at 21949 Ventura Blvd. in Woodland Hills, California. 

JLL’s Michael Kahl and Steve Ferris represented The Container Store in the lease. The landlord, Anderson Real Estate, was represented by Andrew Turf of CBRE.

“The Container Store had been looking to expand into the West San Fernando Valley for a long time, but a lack of supply prevented that,” said Michael Kahl, JLL Senior Vice President. “After carefully evaluating this site, The Container Store chose this location for its strong demographics and co-tenancy in the trade area, as well as its proximity to the 101 freeway.”

Topanga Gateway is ideally situated near the US-101 Freeway at one of San Fernando Valley’s best intersections (Ventura Blvd and Topanga Canyon Blvd).
