Travelers Club Luggage has acquired the Class A GLP Mid-Counties Distribution Center in Santa Fe Springs from Ares Management for $51.3 million, an owner-user play that hands the veteran travel-gear company a modern logistics base while delivering Ares a roughly 31 percent gain on a four-year hold.
