Ulteig Lease Fills Sunroad Centrum, Pushing 280,000 SQFT Kearny Mesa Office Tower to 100% Occupancy

Engineering firm Ulteig has taken the last available suite at Sunroad Centrum, closing out a pandemic-era lease-up that left the 11-story Kearny Mesa tower fully occupied while much of San Diego's office inventory still struggles to fill space.
