29,400 SQFT Industrial Property in Anaheim on the Market With $15MM Price Tag

A new offering in Anaheim’s industrial market has recently been made available. According to a property listing from SVN Vanguard, an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) asset at 605 E Commercial St., has recently been placed up for sale for $15 million, or about $510 per square foot. 

The property is listed by SVN Vanguard’s Cameron Jones and Brock Smith. According to public property records, the site is currently owned by an entity affiliated with RV Prop LLC, which shares an address with the property. The property is also solely occupied by RV Concrete, Inc., according to the company’s website. 

The 2.8-acre property consists of four buildings totaling approximately 29,400 square feet. Of this, 2,400 square feet consists of office space, while the remainder is reserved for various industrial uses. The marketing brochure also indicates that the site could also be a contender for industrial redevelopment. 

The property is situated in the northern portion of Anaheim just south of the 91 Freeway. The area is home to a number of industrial users, including U-Haul, Nor-Cal Beverage, Diversified Asphalt Products and others.

Earlier this year, Greenlaw Partners acquired a 198,807 square foot industrial portfolio located at 1701-1771 S. Lewis St. The property was sold by an entity linked to RAYMAB LLC for $58 million, or approximately $291 per square foot.
