UBS Wealth Management Opens Irvine Spectrum Office, Consolidating Eight Advisory Teams

The Swiss bank has gathered eight Orange County advisory teams onto a single floor of Irvine Company's 200 Spectrum Center Drive tower, a wager on face-to-face client service in a submarket that surrendered more than 200,000 square feet of occupancy last quarter.
