Calidi Biotherapeutics Relocates to 9,000 SQFT Sorrento Mesa Lab at 5580 Morehouse Drive, Targeting $1.1MM in Annual Savings

Calidi Biotherapeutics, the NYSE American-listed oncology company developing virus-based immunotherapies, signed a 44-month lease for 9,038 square feet of office and laboratory space at 5580 Morehouse Drive in Sorrento Mesa, a relocation the company said will cut roughly $1.1 million a year in rent and facility costs as it stretches a thin cash balance toward its first clinical trial.
