San Diego Lab Pipeline Goes Dark With Zero Construction, Leaving 9MM SQFT to Absorb

San Diego has no life science space under construction, and Seattle has joined it at zero while the Bay Area’s pipeline shrank to 800,000 square feet, according to Savills, leaving West Coast lab landlords to fight over 20.7 million square feet of available space with no new supply coming to either relieve or deepen the glut.
