Rents in Santa Ana's rent-stabilized apartments grew faster than those in the city's newer, unregulated buildings after the city's 2021 Rent Stabilization Ordinance took effect, according to a Beacon Economics study commissioned by the Pacific West Association of REALTORS® and other housing and real estate groups.
