Radian Bio, the stealth San Diego startup led by former Illumina Chief Executive Officer Jay Flatley, signed an 80,168-square-foot Class A lab relocation in Torrey Pines in the second quarter, nearly tripling its footprint in the same quarter a retrenching biotech handed back an identically sized Alexandria Real Estate Equities lab space.
