Prologis paid IDI Logistics $193.2 million for the 1,008,000-square-foot Stratford Ranch warehouse on Redlands Avenue in Perris, the largest Inland Empire industrial sale of the third quarter, adding scale near its Wayfair and DP World buildings at a price well below the region's average per square foot.
