ACORE Capital has provided $71.25 million in acquisition and construction financing for North Palisade Partners' Palisade Santee Commerce Center, giving the Newport Beach developer the debt it needs to turn the former Santee Drive-In site into nearly 291,000 square feet of multi-tenant industrial space in one of San Diego County's tightest submarkets.
