Apple Valley's Planning Commission has sent Lake Creek Industrial's three-building, 3.48 million-square-foot speculative logistics campus beside the town airport to the Town Council, pushing one of the largest warehouse proposals in a fast-growing High Desert pipeline a step closer to approval.
