Orange County’s Big Office Blocks Dwindle to 12, With Irvine Spectrum Holding Half the Supply

A new JLL analysis finds Orange County has only 12 contiguous office blocks of 50,000 square feet or more, roughly 1.2 million square feet in all, with Irvine Spectrum holding half of it and more than eight large tenants chasing just five blocks above 100,000 square feet.
