Concrete is rising at AMLI Brea, the eight-story, 377-unit apartment building AMLI Residential and Simon Property Group are developing at 1650 Brea Mall, the residential finale of Simon's roughly $300 million overhaul of the North Orange County shopping center, with preleasing slated for fall 2028 and first move-ins in spring 2029.
