The video game developer behind World of Warcraft and Diablo has renewed its commitment to roughly 234,800 square feet at its longtime Irvine Spectrum campus, one of the largest deals in an Irvine Company leasing year that pushed the landlord's office portfolio to 91 percent occupancy while national vacancy climbed to record highs.
