Los Angeles –September 11, 2023 – CBRE announced that Rick McGeagh has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
Mr. McGeagh, a 37-year veteran at CBRE, works with his team to serve industrial clients in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties of Southern California. They are strategic advisors and consultants to investors, developers and occupiers of industrial real estate.

Over his career, Mr. McGeagh has been involved in approximately 2,700 sale and lease transactions, totaling 165 million square feet and 10 billion dollars in consideration. He is consistently honored for his performance at CBRE.

Mr. McGeagh is a Rod Dedeaux Foundation Board Member, Pacific Palisades Pony Baseball Board Member, Corpus Christi Catholic Church Pastors Advisory Council Member, Pacific Palisades Community Council Member, Pacific Palisades Park Advisory Board Member, and on the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce.
