Decron Properties’ 87,000 SQFT Los Angeles Office Property 92% Occupied Following Hanger Clinic’s 4,000 SQFT Lease

Decron Properties has just signed another lease at its 87,000 square foot office building in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile Corridor. According to a report from Commercial Observer, the Hanger Clinic just signed a lease at the building for 4,000 square feet, which makes the property approximately 92 percent occupied. 

The six-story office building is located at 6222 Wilshire Blvd. Hanger Clinic will be situated on the building’s third floor on an eight-year lease term. Hanger Clinic was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the lease deal, while Decron was represented by JLL. 

According to a landing page for the building on Decron Properties’ website, the building is within close proximity of Beverly Hills, the museum district and The Grove. Various dining and retail amenities are also located nearby. 

Following the recent lease, the building is now 92 percent leased, the report notes. The property also is utilized as Decron Properties’ headquarters, and the Federative Republic of Brazil also recently signed a lease at the building for 16,500 square feet, according to The Registry’s recent reporting

The Federative Republic of Brazil signed a 10-and-a-half-year lease for the building’s penthouse space. The $10.4 million lease deal was arranged by JLL on behalf of Decron. The Federative Republic of Brazil was represented by Kidder Mathews. 

Decron Properties is based in Los Angeles and focuses on the acquisition, development and management of real estate. Currently, the company owns and manages more than 9,000 apartment units and more than one million square feet of office and retail space across California, Washington and Arizona, its LinkedIn page states.
