Fletcher Jones Auto has paid $30 million for a 16,580-square-foot dealership building at 8833-8845 Wilshire Boulevard, buying out longtime owner Anderson Real Estate and taking control of the last automotive-zoned site in Beverly Hills with sales capability, a parcel its seller had once lined up for a six-story, 102-unit housing project.
