The owner of 13005 Sherman Way is marketing the 122,423-square-foot former Kmart, now one of Tesla's largest sales, service, delivery and collision centers in the country, to net lease investors with roughly 13 years left on a corporate lease and nearly $4.9 million in first-year net operating income.
