Newport Beach-based Greenlaw Partners has bought 100 Bayview, the twin-tower, 346,335-square-foot office campus above the Back Bay, from Granite Properties for $98 million, roughly $28 million below what the Texas owner paid in 2018 and the second-largest office trade in Orange County's busiest sales quarter in nearly five years.
