LC Logistics has committed to a 573,000-square-foot warehouse at 9333 Hermosa Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, landing one of the largest new leases of the third quarter in an Inland Empire market where vacancy has climbed to 9.9 percent and tenants hold the leverage.
